I live up by MilleLacs LakeMN. I just drove 42 miles to go to the nearest Kwik Trip to get your delicious pastrys, bananas, etc.

I would love to see you here. We have a very dirty Caseys here in Onamia. We have a very busy hwy where you would get enormous business. Resorts are everywhere here, not to mention a very very popular lake.

People use this hwy to go their cabins. I know I for one would be your best customer. The casino is here to along this hwy and packed all the time. You are so clean where most gas stations are gross.

Today I got a sample pizza. No one does that here. Once again I drove 42 miles round trip and told myself it was worth a shot to ask you to look into it. Please consider building one here.

Kwik Trip - DOUBLE CHARGE WHEN PAID INSIDE
traveling, I went inside to get some travel snacks and drinks as well as PREPAY $30 for gas. Checked my account later in the day. They charged me the base total, then AGAIN for that full amount plus another dollar. My bank assures me this is common, but part of why I pay inside is so this doesn't happen... how is this reasonable??? My bank said it would drop off in 4 days! Is this a loan??? Should i be charging interest??? Give me my money back!

I have been a guest since the Chanhassen on crossroads opened. I also had worked there so I know what the expectations are.

Well they failed on the curbside. I confirmed that I was there 2x and then had to call inside the store. The assistant on duty that night was Darla. She "apologized" and it still took time.

I sat there for 20 minutes. Had o not been in so much pain I could have been there, shopped and been home within 10 minutes. Darla finally brought my order out and gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. Her apology to me was not sincere.

I can honestly say I will never do the curbside again and I will only shop during the day. The evening shift has never been good

I was treated better at Walmart!

Kwik Trip - I was treated better at Walmart!

So my wife and I, along with the kiddos, came in to use the bathroom and maybe get a bite to eat, after being on the road for hours after seeing the parents. The bathroom looked and smelled like an outhouse.

There were brown napkins in one corner of a urinal, the floor was wet (I pray it wasn't urine! Come on people, learn how to *** properly, you aren't five years old now!). The entire vicinity of the place reeked like something died. The towel dispenser was empty.

Now.

On to my second concern. I am tired, kids are hungry, wife is trying to settle kids down while juggling the steaming hot coffee she grabbed, (with hungry stomachs comes crying!).

I was looking at the sandwiches when this big guy, Sam, began to yell at my wife to 'shut those damn kids up cause it's scaring the customers'. First of all, that's MY wife you're addressing, and secondly, I'm also a customer.

User's recommendation: I'd recommend somewhere else. Kwiktrip used to be great, but their standards really have let go, and we will not be returning. Good riddance.

Then go to Walmart. Maybe since it is larger your crying, tired, hungry kids won’t be noticed as you and your wife get coffee and look at sandwiches. You should have put the kids first and went to the McDonald’s that is right there.

Problem at you're store....

I would like this store in St.Francis #943. i would like this store closed.They never have food in the hot section.I can go to any other store here in Minnesota and have hot food but when i go to St.Francis they never have enough food or selections for hot food it is always empty.

I shouldn't have to ask to make something this is a convenient store and that is not convenient if i have to keep asking for something to be made. I can walk to the store but if they don't have anything then there is no reason to have a store with nothing in it. You might want to do something and not talk about it like the Goverment does and do something. Time to close this store.

I quite going to this store because of this i have to go 15 to 20 miles out of my way to get the right thing. I feel that you need to close this because the manger is not doing there Job. Find some one who will work and not just do nothing. I am sick of this store.

I know you won't look at this so i am just talking in the air. Thanks for nothing

Yeah so we went to kwiktrip and we were on a bus cause we were going to our tournament we have. And there's a bunch of us in line waiting to use the bathroom cause we all need to go and the worker said we couldn't use it cause it was being cleaned. Like, we HAVE to go and we're not stopping anywhere else. I took a peak and guess what? it's not being cleaned. What the hey? That's so not ok.

Missing rewards

I know u had a massive shutdown or problems with ur systems, but I have not been rewarded all points that I would have collected and used if I could have punched in my number, I go into ur stores at least 2 to 3 times a day between Adams reedsburg dells montello and Madison areas as I am in a medical transport and go in early in morning like 230 or 3am then usually around 6 or 7am n then again around 12pm or 1pm so that like I said 2 or 3 times a day times 5 to 7 days a week so I was not able to collect my trips nor redeem my coffee or gas points etc etc so could u please reward me those points plus I was going to use my free coffees and had to pay for 4 coffees I shouldn't have had to pay for... Could I send me either a refund of those 4 coffee which was over 2 dollars each so thats almost 10 dollars just on coffee let alone sandwiches n more discounts on food... Maybe send a gift card to me please also I spend roughly 500 a month if not more with Kwik trip alone...

I know you don't wanna hear me complain. But my simple complaint is i've been a quick royal customer for a long time. I swiped my card today for your chicken. Coupon was not given the two dollars savings. Because I had not chosen it on my quick trip app. Which I do have but my phone was in the car. And the transaction was already complete. Complaint about Door Dash order placed

Order was placed on app for Door Dash order from Beaver Dam North Center Street store for delivery to my Uncle who is 70 years old and legally blind. Order supposedly was picked up but was never delivered.

I received a call from a Door Dasher stating he was to pick up the order but it had already been picked up 5 minutes prior. Then I called the Store manager Linda and she confirmed the order was picked up and indicated I needed to call DoorDash and cancel then reorder for delivery. I was very upset at the whole situation so called Cooperate Kwik Trip and spoke with a gentleman named Jay who was very helpful. Said if I personally went to the store they would give me the order and not charge.

So I live in Sun Prairie and had to drive to Beaver Dam (approximately 40 minutes away) to pick up my Uncle's order and deliver it myself. Which is what I did. They did compensated me with A $10 gift card for my time and gas.

The Beaver Dam police were notified of the incident and I spoke with Officer Bochard upon arrival to the North Center Streer store. Hopefully this will be resolved.

I used my debit card at the pump like always and kwik trip is holding $75 never has this happened.

Abuse by manager

Saturday February 18th 3:00 p.m.

Needed to use the restroom before shopping.

Saw an employee go in.

I waited 5 minutes...

... and another 5 minutes...

Then hear videos being played in the stall.

I asked the employee, "are you just sitting there watching videos?"

He smugly replied, "yeah, I am" and turns up the volume.

I go to a manager to complain, and I can't get him to even acknowledge my presence.

I tried to tell him about the employee sitting in the bathroom just watching videos.

He ignores me.

No comment.

Nothing.

Straight out ignores me as if I was not there.

When I go up the counter to make my purchases, he's behind the counter and won't make eye contact.

On any other day, I would have nothing but praise for this store.

I don't know the manager who ignored me, nor do I know the employee that was having his movie break.

I don't know who, if anyone, was in charge.

As a customer, I feel very disrespected by this treatment.

I'm, however, so pleased that employees watching videos in the bathroom have a higher priority than customers.

In any case, when a customer comes up to an employee, (let alone a manager) and has a complaint, be professional at least and have the common decency to not ignore the customer.
